Return policy for Bavaria Autoparts.
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for most parts. Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all hardware and packaging when possible. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the part was not as described. Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item. Core charges (if any) follow the terms stated on the listing. A restocking fee of 10% applies to non-defective returns. You must include the return paperwork (RETURN slip) provided when you start the return so we can identify your order. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the returned item arriving at our facility. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
